About Me

I am a BACP Accredited Counsellor with 16 years experience in addiction, dependency and co-dependency.  I work alongside clients to help them understand addiction, identify triggers and high risk situations and to find new coping strategies to prevent them relapsing into familiar unhelpful behavioural patterns.

I also offer counselling in anger management, anxiety and low self esteem, stress, depression and any other aspects of life that you may be struggling with.  I am a trained mediator, and am able to offer support for friends and family members who may have loved ones struggling with their addictions.

I offer both short and long term counselling in Dorchester and Wimborne providing a safe non judgemental environment. Counselling can help you develop your confidence to speak freely and openly where your self awareness can be developed along with an increased feeling of well being. This can lead to a greater understanding and acceptance of what may be challenging situations in life.

I pride myself on the honest, sensitive, non judgemental and confidential services that I offer.  I believe it is essential that we work in a collaborative environment to help you to move towards your desired outcomes.
